This Privacy Policy explains how Fledge Games ("we", "us") handles information in connection with the mobile game Crashy Bird (the "Game"). By downloading or using the Game, you agree to this policy.
Information you give us: none. The Game has no sign-up, profile, or contact form.
Information stored on your device: your scores, coins, owned items, streak, achievements, and settings are saved locally on your device (via the operating system's local storage) and are not transmitted to us.
Information collected automatically by third-party services: to serve ads and measure usage, the Google services below may collect data such as a device advertising identifier, a randomly generated app-instance identifier, approximate (non-precise) location inferred from IP address, device type and operating system, language, and in-app events (for example, that a game ended or an ad was shown). We do not ourselves receive your name, email, phone number, or precise location.
These providers act as independent controllers of the data they collect through their SDKs, as described in their own policies linked above.
Where required by law, before serving personalized ads we present a consent message. If you do not consent, you will see non-personalized ads instead. You can change or withdraw your choice at any time from the Game's Settings → Ad Privacy / Consent Options screen.
We do not sell your personal information for money. Some sharing of identifiers for advertising may be considered a "sale" or "sharing" under certain U.S. state laws. Where applicable, we apply restricted data processing so that non-personalized ads are shown. You can also use the device advertising controls above.
Crashy Bird is intended for a general audience aged 13 and older and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided information through the Game, contact us and we will address it.
On-device game data remains until you delete it or uninstall the Game. Data collected by the third-party services above is retained according to their own policies.
We rely on the security practices of the platform and service providers listed above. Those providers may process data in countries other than yours, with safeguards described in their policies.
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the effective date above and, where appropriate, within the Game.
